A 27 year old lady presented in 2016 with a 3 month history of intermittent headache and visual disturbance, 3.5 months post-partum. A tricky case of hypoglycaemia

A 50 year old lady was referred with a two year history of recurrent spontaneous hypoglycaemic episodes. She had put on a stone in weight over this time period.
